Statement of Conditions (SOC))/Life Safety Code Compliance Assessment (LSCCA)

- Full review of interim life safety measures (ILSM’s) policy and procedures and proper implementation
- Review of management plans, annual evaluations, and performance data
- Analysis of the building for compliance with The Life Safety Code

- Review of fire drills, emergency exercises, environmental tours, and risk assessments
- Review of EOP including implementation of the 6 critical areas and 4 phases during disasters and exercises
